Are you saying that the map packs still disappeared after you formatted the drive on your computer to the Windows FAT32 file system? If that's the case, I would try downloading something else to the USB drive and seeing if it sticks. This can be anything free game demos, etc but try to make it around the same size as the map packs that we want to save.

The purpose of this exercise is to let us see if the flash drive itself is having issues retaining data, or if the map packs in particular aren't remaining saved for some reason. Let us know the results and we'll work with you from there!

I noticed that I can configure the flash drive and while in the storage tab on the Xbox I will remove the flash drive. Plug the flash drive back up and it will need to be reconfigured almost every time. Not sure what's going on Just downloaded an arcade game. Unplugged it while storage tab was up.
